L-11 Light, Shadows and Reflections
(1) Transparent: If you are able to see clearly through an object, it is allowing light to pass through it.
(2) Opaque object: Recall our grouping objects as opaque, transparent or translucent.
(3) Luminous: Objects like the sun that give out or emit light of their own.
(4) Translucent: There are some objects through which we can see, but not very clearly.
(5) Never ever look directly at the Sun: You will notice a part of the Sun's image gradually becoming darker as the eclipse starts.
(6) Reflection: of your face in the mirror.
(7) Shadow: Take a thin notebook and look.
